Job summary

Riverside Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida to join our compassionate care team. Openings for full-time and part-time positions with opportunities for daily pay.

Compensation ranges between $35 and $38 per hour, all-inclusive, with varying shifts including day, evening, and night. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to uphold resident health and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and physician plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with orders, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing regulations.

FT/PT: 7 AM - 7 PM

FT/PT: 7 PM - 7 AM

FT: 11 PM - 7 AM Monday - Friday

PT: 7 PM - 7 AM Every Weekend

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of FL.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
