This RN Supervisor supports the nursing resource pool at Grosse Pointe Hospital, offering an opportunity to work with a diverse team of staff including RNs, NAs, and Sitters, collaborating across various hospital units.
The Nurse Supervisor coordinates personnel and resources to meet patient care needs efficiently. They collaborate on crisis management, interpret policies and procedures, and ensure effective communication between departments. The Nurse Supervisor acts on behalf of organizational leadership across all venues on a 24-hour basis, making decisions and providing leadership.
