Job summary

Fowler Care Center in California is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. The RN Supervisor oversees nursing operations during the night shift, ensures high-quality resident care, maintains regulatory compliance, and serves as the clinical leader for the facility during assigned hours.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM. This is a full-time position with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state.
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Acute Care preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication or any change in patient condition
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and state compliance are followed
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the night shift, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising nursing staff, and serving as the clinical leader for the facility during assigned hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Makes Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.

• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Acute Care are preferred but not required.
