Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute in Virginia is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical leadership on assigned shifts. This role supports safe, high-quality resident care within a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in VA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.

$38 - $50 an hour (all-inclusive)

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of VA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
