Job summary

Parkway Pavilion Health & Rehabilitation Center in Enfield, CT is seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time RN Supervisor (7am-3pm) to join our caring team. You will lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Registered Nursing degree and CT RN license, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience in a long-term care facility or related health care setting.
• Preferred training in rehabilitative, restorative nursing practices and Alzheimer care.

Responsibilities

RN Supervisor Requirements:
