Job summary

WeCare Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest quality of care for residents. The role offers a base rate of 40–48 USD per hour, with travel incentives described in the posting, and a focus on clinical leadership and staff development.

Lead with compassion and inspire excellence as you supervise, coach, and coordinate care across admissions and interdisciplinary teams in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Provide coaching and clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and infection prevention standards.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on resident outcomes.

Job Duties:
