Job summary

WeCare Centers seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and drive clinical excellence for our residents. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate admissions and physician orders, administer medications as ordered, and mentor LPNs and CNAs to uphold high standards of care.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and compliance with state and federal regulations, while fostering a positive, resident-centered work environment and ongoing quality

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Provide coaching, education, and clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection prevention standards, and company policies.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on resident outcomes and employee engagement.
