Job summary

Chestnut Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee a unit within our health care facility, supervising nursing staff and monitoring patient care to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance.

Georgia RN license and at least 2 years of clinical nursing and administrative experience are required. Weekend on-call may be included; positions available Part-time and Full-time.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Georgia RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing and administration experience.
• Experience as RN supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care
• Assist with treatment and medication administration
• Participate in weekly meetings
• Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments
• Investigate all incident reports and follow-up
• Take on-call hours on weekends and holidays as assigned

Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising the nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Must have a valid Georgia RN license and a minimum of 2 years experience in clinical nursing and administration.

7p-7a : Part time and Full time available
