As a RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents.
As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of registered nurses and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring their progress.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

Collaborate with other departments, including social services, activities, and dietary, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members
Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of New York
