Job summary

Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care across shifts. This full-time/part-time role offers 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, rounds, care plan collaboration, and quality improvement. Applicants must hold NY RN license, 1–2 years LTC experience, BLS/ACLS, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New York.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions in a crisis.
• BLS & ACLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and current industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and policy adherence.

• Supervise a team of nursing staff to ensure provision of high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures
• Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures
• Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and staff performance

Requirements:
