Thrive SPC is seeking a dynamic Nurse Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will manage all clinical services provided to clients, as well as oversee the education, training, and supervision of our nurses in the field.

If you are an RN passionate about helping children, a superior communicator, and capable of solving problems and building relationships quickly, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least one year of RN experience within the last 36 months. PDN experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple critical tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• Familiarity with electronic charting and review to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interviewing, education, training, performance management, and field supervision of clinical team members.
• Client triage, including admissions, recertifications, and discharges.
• Collaborating with clients, the Clinical Director, and other team members to create high-quality, individualized Plans of Care.
• Reviewing documentation submissions for accuracy and quality to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Conducting home and/or hospital visits.
