Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and support clinical staff in Camden, Maine. You will ensure safe, high-quality patient care and lead daily nursing activities.

As a key clinical leader, you will monitor patient care, provide guidance to nursing teams, and address care concerns. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and support quality improvement and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Active RN license as required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
