Job summary

South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our nursing units and ensure high standards of care for residents.

The successful candidate will lead nursing staff, collaborate with management to develop care plans, administer medications, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. MD or multistate RN license and at least 5 years of RN experience are required, with LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care in accordance with our center's policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the nursing management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Administer medications, document resident care, and oversee the implementation of resident schedules
• Provide guidance and support to our nursing staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

• RN License in MD or multistate
• 5 years RN experience
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and procedures
