WeCare Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team, uphold clinical excellence, and ensure residents receive the highest quality, person-centered care. The role emphasizes mentorship, problem-solving, and fostering a positive team culture.

Sign-on bonus of $7,500 is offered, with 7p-7am shifts and a rate of $40–$48 hourly depending on travel incentives. We value leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement in resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Provide coaching, education, and clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection prevention standards, and company policies.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on resident outcomes and employee engagement.
