Job summary

The Camp Recovery Center in Scotts Valley, CA is hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RN) for Days, Evenings and Nights on 8-hour shifts. The pay ranges from $35.96 to $55.74 per hour and the 74-bed facility provides inpatient and outpatient care for adults with drug and alcohol addiction.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current RN license as required by the state of employment.
• One year of nursing experience; prior psychiatric/behavioral/substance abuse experience a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications per order and document appropriately.
• Complete admission and discharge processing efficiently and accurately.
