Job summary
Bayside Marin Treatment Center in San Rafael, CA is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts (12-hour shifts). The role offers a flexible schedule with pay at $52-$58 per hour.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral or substance use care preferred.
- CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
- First aid may be required based on state or facility needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Maintain medical records and educate patients and families.
- Provide nursing care within state scope and facility policies.
- Administer medications per orders and document counts.
- Complete admission and discharge processing accurately.
- Coordinate unit activities and communicate professionally with staff.
- Demonstrate therapeutic rapport while maintaining boundaries.
