Job summary

Park Place Transitional Care is seeking an RN to join a newly established subacute unit in Great Falls, MT. You will provide skilled nursing care for residents with complex needs in a facility that collaborates with a local hospital and a full-time physician.

The ideal candidate holds Montana RN licensure (or a participating compact state), ALS certification, and can pass a background check. The role offers an hourly rate of $40-$55, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Montana or a participating compact state.
• Active ALS certification or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks of employment.
• Background check without stipulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vitals and document findings.
• Set up and manage ventilator equipment as prescribed.
• Assess patient condition and respond to changes.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Provide respiratory care and nebulizer treatments.
• Document patient progress and ventilator settings.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and team members.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans.
• Follow infection control protocols, especially for ventilated patients.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ventilator alarms.
• Perform other duties as directed.
