Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing functions in a long-term care facility.
• Participate in developing, updating policies and procedures.

• Lead committees and prepare reports for quality assurance.
• Plan staffing, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor medication administration and patient care plans.
