Qualifications

• RN licensed in Michigan (state licensure).
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; CRRN required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plans of care and patient goals are established at admission.
• Mentor staff and ensure competencies and education prior to discharge.
• Lead daily nursing rounds, coordinate with physicians, and address patient safety.
• Participate in huddles, committees, and quality improvement initiatives.
