Job summary
Endeavor Health in Illinois seeks an RN Stroke Program Coordinator to lead the stroke program clinically and administratively. You will coordinate care across departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvements for stroke services within the hospital.

Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Current CPR Certification (AHA) required.
- Preferred 3+ years RN Neuro/Stroke experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee stroke program and provide clinical and administrative leadership.
- Coordinate operations and processes to ensure quality patient care across the hospital.
- Direct oversight for stroke program accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
- Review Stroke/Neuroscience patients and coordinate care with teams.
- Develop standards, guidelines, and pathways for stroke care.
- Collect data to meet Advanced Primary Stroke Center metrics.
