Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced RN to join the 5D telemetry inpatient unit on a 36-hour per week night shift at Christiana Hospital. The role includes caring for a variety of diagnoses and ages, with weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines.

BSN preferred with commitment to obtaining licensure within three years; Delaware RN license or eligibility is required, and telemetery experience is a plus. Generous PTO and robust benefits accompany a competitive pay plan.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• Current Delaware RN license or eligibility.
• 1-2 years med/surg experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience a plus.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled bedside nursing on the 5D telemetry unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and care.
• Work 36 hours per week, night shift, weekends and holidays as per dept.
• Follow unit guidelines and escalate care as needed.
