Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking an experienced RN for the 5D medical telemetry inpatient unit at Christiana Hospital. The role covers night shifts, 36 hours weekly, with weekend and holiday requirements per departmental guidelines.

The unit handles stroke overflow and a variety of diagnoses; BSN preferred and current Delaware RN license or eligibility are required, with 1–2 years med/surg experience preferred and BLS certification expected.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire if relevant experience.
• Current Delaware RN license or eligibility for Delaware RN license.
• 1-2 years med/surg experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience a plus.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Work 36 hours per week on night shift (7p–7a) at Christiana Hospital.
• Weekend and Holidays coverage per department guidelines.
• Telemetry-monitoring med/surg patient care on the 5D unit at Christiana Hospital.
