Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, abstract, and report data requirements for stroke programs.
• Support core measures and time-sensitive quality indicators to ensure timely stroke patient care.
• Assist with American Heart Association/GWTG Stroke reporting as directed.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure evidence-based practice.
• May have additional duties within scope of the role.
