Qualifications

• RN licensure or eligibility in the state of Florida.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree required as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per department standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Advocate for patients and families while supporting clinical outcomes of the unit.
