• 1+ years of recent stepdown, ICU, or telemetry experience
• 2 references, drug test, and background check before start date
• 2-day orientation; extension possible at end of contract

Weekly pay package - no hidden markup

$2,917 / week

$1,459 taxable wage + $1,458 tax-free stipend (GSA-capped)

Clinician package $2,917 Total bill $3,273

The tax-free stipend isn't subject to income tax withholding - actual take-home on the taxable portion depends on your filing status and location.
