Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital stepdown unit setting
• Day shift position with hours from 06:45 to 19:15
• Caring for stepdown level patients
• 13-week assignment duration
• Assignment does not accept local travelers within a 50-mile radius
• RTO (request time off) requests must be less than one week
• First‑day responsibilities include providing care to stable but high‑acuity patients transitioning from critical care
• Current driver’s license required
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US

Requirements

• Active RN license in MS or compact state required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in stepdown or related specialty
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• Candidates must not have been employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
