Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital stepdown unit setting
- Day shift position with hours from 06:45 to 19:15
- Caring for stepdown level patients
- 13-week assignment duration
- Assignment does not accept local travelers within a 50-mile radius
- RTO (request time off) requests must be less than one week
- First‑day responsibilities include providing care to stable but high‑acuity patients transitioning from critical care
- Current driver’s license required
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the US
Requirements
- Active RN license in MS or compact state required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in stepdown or related specialty
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
- Candidates must not have been employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
