North Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Stepdown/Medical Surgical and Trauma Unit. The role focuses on holistic patient care, with independent and collaborative nursing functions across the life span, from neonates to older adults, under standard practice and leadership guidance.

Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited program, MN RN licensure with BLS, and unit-specific certifications.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota; BLS; unit-specific certifications may be required (NRP, TNCC, ACLS).
• Knowledge of professional nursing principles, practice and nursing ethics.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic nursing care with independent, collaborative and delegated functions per service area.
• Develop and revise the plan of care, coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities.
• Participate in shared accountability for nursing practices and promote high-quality customer care.
• Support patients across neonate to older adult stages as assigned to unit.
