Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions seeks an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Stepdown/PCU/IMC assignments in Ohio. This 13-week, night-shift travel role requires strong telemetry/stepdown experience and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

You will provide continuous assessment, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and comprehensive nursing care within a fast-paced team, with 3×12‑hour nights per week and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS – Required
• Stepdown, PCU, IMC, SCU, or Telemetry experience preferred
• ICU experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous assessment, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and comprehensive nursing care
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays (3 × 12‑hour night shifts per week)
• Block scheduling may be accommodated; weekend-only scheduling may be considered for the right candidate

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / PCU / IMC

Are you an experienced Stepdown, PCU, IMC, or Telemetry RN looking for your next travel assignment? This is an exciting 13-week night-shift opportunity for a confident critical-care nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have strong Stepdown/Telemetry experience, with ICU experience highly valued. You’ll work alongside a collaborative clinical team caring for patients who require close monitoring and a higher level of nursing care than traditional Med‑Surg.

Med‑Surg: 1 RN to 4–6 patients

SCU/Stepdown: 1 RN to a maximum of 4 patients

Typical SCU assignment: 2–3 patients

Provide continuous assessment, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and comprehensive nursing care

Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition

Requirements

Active RN license

BLS ,**ACLS ,**NIHSS – Required

Stepdown, PCU, IMC, SCU, or Telemetry experience preferred

ICU experience is a strong plus

Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

3 × 12‑hour night shifts per week

36 hours/week

Weekend and holiday coverage required

Block scheduling may be accommodated

Weekend-only scheduling may be considered for the right candidate
