Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individualized plans and clinical ladder guidance.
• Ensure patient safety and effective handoff communications and documentation.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, following protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with care team to promote timely patient placement and care.
