Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN is seeking an RN for the 2F Step-Down ICU on a part-time night schedule. This 16-bed unit supports patients from admission to discharge with high-acuity needs. The role offers a sign-on bonus for experienced external candidates and requires Indiana or compact licensure, plus BLS and ACLS within 12 months of hire.

The shift is 7pm-7am, 24 hours weekly, with benefits eligibility and a pathway to excellence in nursing care on a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care.
• Care for Step-Down ICU patients with septic, COPD, pneumonia and other acutely ill conditions.
