Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN seeks a Registered Nurse for the 2F Step-Down ICU on weekends. This part-time role covers 24 hours weekly, nights from 7pm to 7am, with weekend-only WOW Friday/Saturday shifts and premium pay.

You will provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on a 16-bed intermediate unit. Eligible candidates hold an Indiana license and current BLS; ACLS within 12 months is required.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Act as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet patients, families, and co-workers' needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on the 16-bed Step-Down ICU (2F) to manage diverse diagnoses.
