Job summary

Huntsville Hospital is seeking an experienced registered nurse to identify patient needs, plan and delegate care, and monitor outcomes on the assigned shift.

You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care, communicating with the care team, and ensuring patient safety in a busy hospital setting in Huntsville, Alabama.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
• Experience: Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• Additional Skill/Abilities: BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period. ACLS within one year of hire.

• Identify patient needs and priorities for care through assessment.
• Plan and delegate care based on patient needs.
• Evaluate the patient’s response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes.
