Competenze
- Active RN license in Illinois
- Current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job and to meet its environmental requirements
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
Mansioni
- Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as prescribed.
- Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments.
- Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement orders.
- Complete daily charting for care provided.
- Act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants and case managers regarding resident status
