Job summary

TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in skilled nursing settings in Illinois. You will ensure safe, compliant patient care and support resident and family satisfaction while working within state and federal regulations.

The role requires an active RN license, a minimum of one year clinical experience, and preferred SNF RN/LPN experience. BLS/CPR certification is required where mandated.

Qualifications

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience required.
• Minimum of two years of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in a skilled nursing facility highly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and regulations.
• Ensure resident/family satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Manage nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring and education, and collaboration with physicians and other professionals
