Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers required.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and meet functional/environmental requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as prescribed.
- Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments.
- Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement physician's orders to assure optimal health care.
- Complete daily charting for care provided.
- Act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants and case manager regarding resident status.
