Job summary

Marklund in Geneva, IL is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses with an RN license to join our team. We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts and competitive hourly pay with differentials for evenings and weekends.

You will administer medications, assess residents, coordinate with physicians, and document care in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. This is a mission-driven nonprofit where growth and patient-centered care are highly valued.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN), current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry
Possess current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and meet its functional and environmental requirements

Responsibilities

Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as prescribed.
Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments.
Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement physicians order to assure optimal health care.
Complete daily charting for care provided.
Act as a liaison between residents,parents, physicians, consultants and case manager regarding resident status.
