Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for ENT services at our Lombard/Naperville clinics. You will provide high-quality patient care under supervision, escort and prepare patients, take vital signs, and assist physicians with procedures.

Responsibilities include triage, patient education, immunizations, and documenting all activities. Must maintain room readiness, manage supplies, and handle related clerical tasks; strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• IL RN licensure required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for the physician.
• Take and record vital signs; document medical history/symptoms.
• Perform telephone triage and patient education, manage physician calls.
• Administer immunizations and minor treatments as prescribed; document activities.
• Assist physicians with procedures and maintain sterile rooms and supplies.
• Complete paperwork for labs, x-rays, school/work notes; Restock supplies.

Assist in performing narcotic count.Performs other projects and duties as related to department objectives.Must be able to get along with others, to be a team player, to accept constructive criticism from your supervisor and be able to follow work rules.Utilizes current nursing practices to provide patient care while focusing on the needs of the patient and exemplifying service excellence, care, concern, respect and cooperation. As a member of a health care team, functions in the role of patient advocate by being in the position of initial contact for patient-related issues.Additional duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Current IL RN licensureGraduate of an accredited Nursing ProgramCurrent CPR certificationPrefer a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting but may consider new grad under specific circumstancesThe compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $27.00-38.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
