Duly Health and Care in Lombard, IL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse. Under general supervision, you will support physicians, take vitals, prepare patients, and assist with procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting. Candidates must be licensed in Illinois, have CPR, and a nursing program credential.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, provides high quality support to physicians in meeting the medical needs of the patient.
• Escorts patients to and from exam rooms, takes vital signs, reads chart/lab results; documents medical history.
• Performs telephone triage, patient education, handles physician and pharmacy calls; may assist with appointments and tests.
• Administers immunizations and minor treatments; assists with procedures and prepares instruments and rooms.
• Completes paperwork such as ordering tests; cleans and restocks examination areas and equipment.
• Acts as liaison between physician and patient; reports results and answers questions.

Assist in performing narcotic count.*** ## **Performs other projects and duties as related to department objectives.*** ## **Must be able to get along with others, to be a team player, to accept constructive criticism from your supervisor and be able to follow work rules.*** ## **Utilizes current nursing practices to provide patient care while focusing on the needs of the patient and exemplifying service excellence, care, concern, respect and cooperation. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.**
