Qualifications

We are searching for a talented Remote RN Staff Nurse

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Flexible shifts & hours with days, evenings, overnights, and weekends/holidays; requirement of 4-5 shifts per month and 2 of those require weekend shifts

Location: Remote position - Must live in MA or RI

Responsibilities

Position reports to the Director, Manager, or designee. Perform a variety of duties involving coordinating nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served. Per diem must have own computer equipment. WiFi in the home; understand if you have power loss you would need to continue to work at the local hospital or business center if you do not have backup power in your work location. RI and Mass Nursing licenses are required. Phone setup is provider.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One to three years of related experience preferred.
• Previous Medical Office experience is desirable.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of specific experience may be required based on practice/department specialty.
• Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts and Rhode Island is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• ACLS may be required based on practice/department specialty.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or be exempt by signing a statement certifying exemption for medical or personal reasons.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on experience.

Pay Range: USD $30.75 - USD $52.60 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement

Per diem position, requirement of 4-5 shifts per month and 2 of those require weekend shifts.
