Responsibilities:

1. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
2. Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
3. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
4. Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
5. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if in an assisted living facility.

Posted Salary Range: USD $32.00 - USD $36.50 per hour.
