By integrating patient-centered advocacy with evidence-based practice, the RN Staff SC ensures that complex specialty care is delivered with high precision and clinical excellence.**Expected Care:** This positions is responsible for seeing and caring for patients in clinic a setting with lifelong and acute hematologic diagnoses. Carrying out orders given by physicians including injections, med recs, and collaborating with other specialties including lab, infusion, child life, pharmacy, social work, home health, and insurance team. Answering and addressing phone calls/emails/other forms of communication for patients and families. Scheduling follow up appointments, ordering interventions such as scans, labs, and procedures. Daily chart preparation to ensure optimal clinic and patient care.
