Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• Master's degree in nursing or related field; if related, must have a nursing degree (BSN)
• NLN/AACN accredited nursing program graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and/or Google Suite
• Magnet Recognition Program knowledge
• Must acquire and maintain competencies/certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) for accreditation/licensing
