- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility training requirements
- Maintain staff education records and certifications
- Provide ongoing clinical guidance to nursing staff
- Support infection control education and quality assurance initiatives
- Assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance efforts
- Identify educational needs and implement training programs
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve clinical performance and resident outcomes
- Conduct skills evaluations and competency assessments
