Qualifications

• Maintain 'Train The Trainer' certificate for STNA training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Nurse Aide training classes and maintain required documentation.
• Develop materials and maintain resource library.
• Coordinate annual State-mandated inservicing for employees.
• Conduct skills testing for STNA's.
