Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Dickinson, ND seeks a Staff Development Coordinator-RN to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the staff education program in accordance with federal, state and Benedictine standards.

The role requires an active RN license, strong communication skills, and at least two years in long-term care. You will design orientation, maintain education records, and promote our Benedictine Mission and Core Values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an RN in good standing.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in long term care.
• Knowledge of systems to document training and regulatory records/CEUs.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and educate staff on education requirements.
• Establish and implement a comprehensive orientation program for personnel.
• Plan, implement and evaluate ongoing education for nurses and other staff.
• Develop and maintain records of education for all associates.
• Drive development and evaluation of community goals, standards of practice and policies.
