Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the facility and community education resources to provide education and training to staff.
• Collaborate with DON/ADON on QA program education and data evaluation.
• Analyze and evaluate nursing care during probationary periods for standards compliance.
• Supervise, train, and orient all staff members.
• Develop and implement educational programs to improve resident care and staff competency.
