Position Overview

Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. The RN is knowledgeable about nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, families, peers, and other healthcare team members to provide individualized care. The RN also directs nursing support staff to ensure patient care aligns with standards, policies, and procedures. Additional certifications or training may be required based on specialty area.

Minimum Education & Experience

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required); Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
2. Experience: 1 year in the clinical specialty area (Preferred)
3. Licenses & Certifications: PA Registered Nurse License (Required); BLS (Required)
