Responsibilities

1. Assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician.
2. Apply principles, theories, and current methods of nursing practice.
3. Collaborate with patients, families, peers, and healthcare team members to individualize patient care using the nursing process.
4. Supervise nursing support staff to ensure patient care aligns with standards, policies, and procedures.
5. Maintain necessary professional education, training, or certifications as required by specialty area.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required).
2. Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
3. 1 Year experience in clinical specialty (Preferred).
4. RN License - PA Registered Nurse License (Required).
