Position Overview

Assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques. Using the nursing process, collaborates with patients, families, peers, and healthcare team members to individualize patient care. Directs nursing support staff to ensure care meets nursing standards, and complies with administrative and departmental policies. Additional certifications or training may be required depending on the specialty area.

Qualifications

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
2. Experience: 1 year in the clinical specialty area (Preferred)
3. Licenses/Certifications: PA Registered Nurse License (Required); BLS (Required)
