Job summary

Mercy Hospital Saint Louis is seeking a Part-Time Float Pool Registered Nurse for weekend coverage. The nurse will provide clinical care across units in a dynamic hospital setting, using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months within past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Perform duties in line with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.

Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information. Float Pool Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year)
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
• Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri
• Certifications:
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS (American Heart Association)
